It is also not a diagnosis made by a medically ignorant mother, let alone a family doctor.

How many vaccines are children getting today, assuming they follow all CDC recommendations? How many did they get 30 years ago? Does that not impact the risk factor?

Hopefully Paul the globally congruent data from other nations where these tools are being deployed will help energise the American healthcare sector into more direct action - because it’s not only ethically responsible, but financially too! Cheaper and safer to immunise mothers, and/or use monoclonal antibodies than treat thousands annually when it can be avoided!
