The Project 2025 / Heritage Foundation / Thiel-Vance ghouls, with enforcer Russell Vought, want government agencies and trust in them eviscerated. Civil servants and "experts" are the enemies. Bobby and his credentialed, formerly legitimate sidekicks are just the public facing capos, operationalizing destruction and blame, waving hands and stoking anger and divisiveness. The nitty gritty isn't particularly important to the authoritarian cabal in charge, but the gloating, adoring cultists are nice to have.

Meanwhile, Orangefuhrer sends troops to Los Angeles, roils world economy for fun and profit, guts environmental and agricultural regulations, repeatedly ignores court orders, uses pretexts of "antisemitism" and "wokeness" to destroy academia, pushes through massive tax cuts and deficit spending while slashing spending for the less fortunate, mandates make believe peace conferences, and is expected to begin fiddling.

Prasad (hematology) and Makary (oncologic surgery) have the same thing in common as all the covid “contrarian” MDs. They have no relevant expertise on the subject whatsoever.

Atlas - radiology

Ladapo - cardiology

Cole - dermatopath

Bhattacharya - no specialty training at all (???)

Dr Drew - addiction medicine

Dr Oz - CT surgery

I could go on…

We have tens of thousands of specialists with actual expertise on the subject. Thousands of whom served on the front lines during the first wave.

Why do we keep having to listen to this like Prasad/Makary who have no experience or expertise on the subject whatsoever. And, in the case of Prasad, is a whiny little man with an inferiority/Napoleonic complex?

It is a dangerous time for all in the US. The government is using vaccines as a weapon in the war against established authority, creating a dystopian reality they are using to control the narrative and take power. With the elimination of the ACIP they are again emphasizing that the prior system was doing damage to people and they are fighting evil. The outcome seems uncertain at this time. This is an existential battle that is also a distraction from the existential battle of climate change and nuclear winter. When will they ever learn?

To sit on an FDA CDER or CBER Advisory Committee, US residency and legal work authorization are required. Most advisory committee members are US citizens or permanent residents due to security clearance, ethical vetting, and employment authorization concerns. Foreign nationals can serve, but typically only in special circumstances (e.g., rare expertise) and must be approved via internal FDA procedures.

CDC most likely follows the same laws and regulations - or used to - because none of that seems to matter now.

"So, what are Makary and Prasad really talking about? Both men serve at the behest of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., an anti-vaccine activist who is interested in making vaccines less available, less affordable, and more feared."

100% BULLSHIT.

They want to ensure their safety to the greatest extent possible because people were promised one thing, took the Covid vaccine, it didn't work as well as promised and there were many more side effects they experiened than expected.

"Both men share RFK Jr.’s conspiratorial beliefs that the federal government lied about vaccine safety issues"

The government lied repeatedly even after information was coming out of Israel about heart issues for young men and other side effects very early in the vaccination period. There were also non Covid related excess deaths were rising and NEVER explained I had a blood pressure spike, tinnitus, and easy bruising, but fortunatly it all subsided in a few months.

" wrongly promoted the vaccine for people who didn’t need it, and behaved in a manner bordering on corruption. "

They did!

You are equally dishonest as Peter McCullough, on whose site I left a similar message contesting that he did not address the fact that you are more likely to develop myocarditis directly from SARS-CoV-2 disease than you are from any Covid-19 vaccine, for example:

Haryalchi, K., et al. The importance of myocarditis in Covid-19. Health Sci Rep. 2022 Jan 13;5(1):e488. doi: 10.1002/hsr2.488.

And in a very recent study, the financial burden to the healthcare system for readmissions for myocarditis derived directly from SARS-CoV-02 are staggering:

Kommineni, DF., et al. Risk Factors, Trends, and Financial Impact for 30-Day Unplanned Readmissions in Patients Admitted With Myocarditis and COVID-19: Insights From the Healthcare Cost and Utilization Project (HCUP) Nationwide Readmission Database. Cureus. 2025 Mar 10;17(3):e80371. doi: 10.7759/cureus.80371

Nevertheless, a traditional view is repeated many times, but summarized well here:

Sousa, JP, et al. Anti-SARS-CoV-2 vaccine-induced myocarditis - real but, in general, rare and mild: A consensus statement from the Studies Committee of the Portuguese Society of Cardiology,Rev Port Cardiol. 2023 Feb;42(2):161-167 doi: 10.1016/j.repc.2023.01.003.

What I clearly remember was waiting for Fauci and Welensky to say that getting and recovering from Covid does give immunity. But they brushed it off and would only talk about vaccine immunity. I would search constantly and find other countries reporting benefits of natural immunity. Maybe they would write about it in the journals somewhere but in front of cameras and in news print it was not mentioned or at best buried in the article. Or even if it was mentioned by someone else, other doctors and researchers, they always said that hybrid (natural and vaccine immunity) was better. Having sons in the age range where myocarditis was a risk and past immunity from infection was present and the benefit was very low and that this was a new product (conceding mRNA had been studied for some time) I have to say I have lost trust in the past scientific community. I appreciate Dr Offits’s contributions to the discussion but I also have to say that change is definitely needed and Dr Bhattacharya and Dr Prasad have been scrutinized by the media as a whole much more than the past administration’s appointees for trying to bring that change.
