The AAP seems to be one of only a few organizations pushing back at the government. They seem to be spending their time and voice protecting children. Nevertheless, conflicts of interest take many forms. An example of this is not disclosing that a person worked on behalf of the medical or pharmaceutical industries in ANY capacity.
